Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Parcelwire. Plans are month-to-month unless bought annually; you can cancel from the billing page at any time.

Named-user license

Subscriptions are per named user. Sharing logins, reselling data, or redistributing exports outside your organization is prohibited. Exports are watermarked to your account; we enforce with a graduated response (warning → throttle → suspension).

Permitted use

• Real-estate acquisition marketing and diligence.
• NOT permitted: any FCRA-regulated purpose (credit, employment, insurance, tenancy screening), harassment, or contacting numbers flagged DNC where the law requires consent.

Data accuracy

Records mirror the public sources they came from, with case numbers for verification. We surface freshness per source and correct errors fast, but you are responsible for verifying before acting on any record.

Liability

Service is provided as-is; our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
