Privacy policy

Parcelwire processes two kinds of data: public records about properties (collected from county sources) and account data about you (email, billing, usage). This policy is deliberately short and plain; the boring version of privacy is the trustworthy version.

What we collect about you

• Account details: name, email, plan, billing via Stripe (we never store card numbers).
• Product usage: searches, saved filters, exports — used to run your workspace, never sold.
• Support conversations, if you contact us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your account data, search history, or exports.
• We do not use your workspace data to seed other customers' results.

Public-record data

Property and case records displayed in the product originate from government sources and remain subject to the removal and dispute processes described in our data-broker disclosures.
