Data-broker disclosures

Parcelwire aggregates public records about real property and the parties named in those records. Where state law classifies this activity as data brokering, we register accordingly and honor the rights below for all consumers regardless of state.

Your rights

  • Know: request a copy of records we hold that reference you (privacy@parcelwire.dev).
  • Delete/suppress: request suppression of your contact information from skip-trace results; property records themselves remain public documents held by counties.
  • Correct: dispute inaccurate merged data and we will re-verify against the source.

Sources

County clerks of court, tax collectors, property appraisers, and code-enforcement systems; commercial identity providers for contact enrichment. Every displayed record carries its source and case number.

Do-not-call

Skip-trace results flag numbers on the federal DNC registry and label line types. Compliance with telemarketing law remains the caller's responsibility.
